Sushi Yasuda is a labor of love between the founders – Naomichi Yasuda, Shige Akimoto and Scott Rosenberg – who passionately believe that this remarkable food in this unique environment must be experienced and shared. They are bonded by their love of classical sushi and are devoted to maintaining the purity of their vision at all costs.

Sushi Yasuda is open for lunch and dinner. Also, we offer take-out of our full menu, including omakase (as well as beer, sake and wine), as follows:

Dining hours:
   Monday through Friday, noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch, and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner
   Saturday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner

Sushi Yasuda’s last orders at the restaurant must be placed by 1:30 p.m. for lunch, and 10:15 p.m for dinner
